1. DOES CHESHIRE GIFTS OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
We offer free delivery over a specified spend. We reserve the right to amend this charge subject to service provider cost revision. we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and ensure your purchase/s reach you within a day or two of dispatch.
When holding a FLASH SALE code delivery charges may apply.
2. WHAT COURIER DOES CHESHIRE GIFTS USE?
We currently use EVRI as our delivery partner, and we reserve the right to change partner at anytime. We will of course continually to review our customer feedback to ensure we use a partner who helps us to delivery our standards.
3. DO NEIGHBORING RESISIDENTS RECEIVE REDUCED POSTAGE CHARGE?
We know times maybe tough... If you live in a CW1 or CW2 postcode and you choose the delivery option, we will deliver your purchases for a reduced rate under a specified spend. We will also deliver for free over a specified spend.
4. I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER THAT HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We send out orders via signed for tracked delivery with a 2-4 day lead time from the purchase date. Often sending these sooner. Please allow 10 days from the purchase dat, if chasing an order, but of course please do let us know after 4 days from the purchase date.
We will investigate the reasons for your oder not being received with the Courier and Inform you of this. If we can cannot resolve the enquiry with the Courier, we will issue a refund in line with out Refund Policy and the Couriers Missing Items / Delivery Policy.
5. WHAT IS CHESHIRE GIFTS RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
We hope you’re happy with your purchase.
If not, we’ll be sad to hear that and we will refund you within 14 days of you receiving your purchases.
You’ll have another 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us and a refund will be actioned t the payment details you purchased from..
Items must be returned unopened / unused and in their original packaging. We recommend returning.your purchases to us as Signed For / Tracked Delivery.
As a small and independent, we cannot cover the cost of return delivery at this time.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
*We cannot offer a refund of personalised items.
DISCOUNT CODES

We love to offer discounts to our customers where we can so that you can enjoy our products and save a little too!
Our discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer as our website check out process can only process one code at a time.
Where multiple codes may run at the same time you may be required to choose the code which best suits you at checkout.
EVENT CODES - these codes expire 3 days prior to the event date
When booking tickets for any scheduled event a code unique to the event will be issued allowing you to make advanced purchases. We will bag your purchases and have these ready for you on the night.
Please note, this code should only be used for those attending the booked event as this removes all delivery charges. Of course, if you wish to share with a loved one and pick their purchase up on their behalf to ask that they put the lead ticket holders name in the instruction box at checkout.
FLASH20
FLASH20 - From time to time we will hold a flash discount code. Hurry though as this will not last long and will usually expire on midnight 48hrs after going live. Delivery charges apply to any FLASH sale event. See your basket / checkout area for more details.
